Here at the Oxford Spires hotel we understand that this can be a difficult time which is why our experienced and understanding team will be on hand to guide you through from start to finish and will be on hand to greet your party on arrival at the hotel.

We have created some menus which are available to help you with your arrangements for any event that you may wish to hold to remember your loved one by.

Whilst these menus are just a suggestion; if there is anything more we can do, just ask one of our team.

Full Afternoon Tea £12.50 per person

Selection of finger sandwiches to include: smoked salmon, egg mayonnaise & watercress, cheddar cheese and cucumber. With fruit scones, clotted cream and strawberry preserve, a selection of cakes and tea and coffee.

Finger sandwich selection £9.95 per person

A selection of Chef’s choice assorted sandwiches served with crisps, orange juice, tea & coffee and a selection of cakes.

Finger buffet menu £15.95 per person

Choose from a selection of hot and cold finger buffet items or opt for a chef’s choice finger buffet. Our finger buffet menu is served with orange juice, tea and coffee. Click here to view full menu

A selection of wines and drink choices are available, please ask one of our experienced event organisers.
Oxford Spires offers a choice of private rooms available subject to availability and benefits from free car parking.
